    Popinjays at The Murray have launched a fun and interactive afternoon tea. Designed to inspire and delight, this flamboyant interpretation of the classic high-tea ritual embodies Popinjays’ spirit of playful indulgence. The selection includes savoury items such as Organic Egg, Kristal Caviar, Créme Fraîche, Blinis and Blue Lobster, Celeriac and Apple Remoulade as well as a selection of savoury muffins. Guests preferring sweets can choose Salted Pistachio Cassis Tartelette, Strawberry Lamington, Thai Basil Cream, Raspberry Macaroon with Violet Mascarpone, Ecuador 56% Dark Chocolate Tart and Coconut and Pineapple Eclaire. Highlighting the afternoon tea service are warm scones served with homemade papaya and mango jam accompanied by cream whipped à la minute.

    Price: HK$688 for two (inclusive of coffee and tea). For an additional HK$300 per person, guests can enjoy a glass of Deutz Blanc de Blanc champagne or Charles-Heidsieck Rosé.

    BVLGARI Fiorever and The Peninsula

    Translating the lustrous sophistication of the BVLGARI jewellery collection into edible form, The Peninsula’s culinary team have created a three-tiered tea set that is as tempting as it is indulgent. The Afternoon Tea’s most alluring delicacies can be found on the top tier, including tiramisu tart with espresso jelly, mini pan d’oro with clementine, panna cotta with mango and almond biscottini with crema di cioccolato. For lovers of savoury treats, moreish morsels can be found on the second tier in the form of an egg-shaped Polenta custard with butter-fried sweetcorn and egg-yolk mayonnaise, Smoked salmon with lemon pearls and sour cream, Prosciutto Parma ham with butter choux, crispy quinoa and vinegar pearls as well as the classic dill-marinated cucumber with ricotta cheese sandwiches. Completing the set are a pair of zesty citrus chocolates and The Peninsula’s famous freshly baked, raisin scones served with clotted cream and strawberry jam. As an added treat, guests at this unique afternoon tea experience can redeem a miniature perfume and chocolate at the BVLGARI Boutique in The Peninsula Arcade, as well as entering a lucky draw to win a BVLGARI Goldea perfume.

    SHÈ unveils a chic new modern Chinese tea set that highlights beloved signature dishes modified for bite-sized enjoyment. Prepared in SHÈ’s healthy and home-cooked style, dishes include the Rose Gold Har Gao tinted a pretty pink with beetroot sauce, and sprayed with champagne to bring out the steamed flavours of the prawns, and Stuffed Truffle Balls with Minced Meat and Mushrooms, inspired by real truffle and made with 3 types of mushrooms, Iberico pork and bacon, among other savoury bites.     Rosy Spring Afternoon Tea at The Pottinger

    To mark the blooming season, Gradini Ristorante E Bar Italiano has reinvented the spring-themed afternoon tea to tempt your taste buds. Savoury bites include a Mini Wagyu Burger with Honey Mustard Mayonnaise, Smoked Duck Breast with edible flowers and Mushroom and Pork Vol-au-vent served with Black Truffle Pate. Chef Cano has infused ingredients with strawberry and green tea for the sweets. The rosy delights include Strawberrry-Infused Mousse and Strawberry Macarons. There is also a Green Tea Tart and a Sweetheart Cake (Winter Melon Bun). To complement the food, guests can enjoy the freshly brewed illy coffee or a selection of premium assorted whole-leaf tea by Tea WG.

    Repetto Afternoon Tea at InterContinental

    InterContinental Hong Kong is partnering with the French luxury brand Repetto to present a ballet themed Afternoon Tea Set available from 1 March until 30 April. Repetto is a French fashion brand that has been producing exquisite ballet-wear for over 70 years. Since 1947, ballet dancers from all over the world have been astounded by the delicacy and comfort of the brand’s dancewear and footwear with its unique fabrication process, entitled ‘stitch and return’. Today, Repetto is also a name recognised for the luxurious comfort of its city shoes and leather bags, with fashion fans all over the world. To pay homage to the brand’s signature ‘stitch and return’ craftsmanship, InterContinental’s Executive Chef, Maxime Luvara, and Executive Pastry Chef, Christian Gonthier, have selected special ingredients including rocamadour cheese, walnuts and truffles, from the area nearby the Repetto Factory located in Saint Medard d’Excideuil in Dordogne, France.
