Looking to celebrate the Year of the Rat with minimal fuss? Look no further than exclusive dishes created for Chinese New Year by Mott 32. Led by Executive Chef Lee Man-Sin. Mott 32 will be showcasing a selection of Chinese delicacies perfect for festive gatherings. Each dish showcases the restaurant’s classic yet contemporary style and allows the authentic flavors of Cantonese, Szechuan, and Beijing cuisines to shine through.

Dishes include:

Whole Atlantic Lobster Salad, with Australian Abalone, Homemade Sauce

Stir Fried Australian Wagyu M9+ Sirloin with Black Beans Sauce, Chili

Steamed Chicken Fillet with Yunnan Ham and Vegetable, Shrimp Paste

Steamed Fillet of Leopard Coral Garoupa with Yunnan Ham, Aged Hwa Tiao & Egg

Guests can experience a taste of the new year alongside the signature dishes, of Apple Wood Roasted Peking Duck and Barbecue Pluma Iberico Pork Glazed With Yellow Mountain Honey, all to be enjoyed in the stunning ambience created by award-winning interior designer Joyce Wang.
