Haydn & the Prince
Brought to you by City Chamber Orchestra of Hong Kong, Haydn & The Prince brings to life the witty musical tales of the famous Austrian composer Franz Joseph Haydn and his princely employer at Esterháza. The performance then travels to the London Hanover Rooms, the scene of “The Miracle” Symphony. From ticking clocks and hunting calls to musical surprises, prank endings and a crashing chandelier…what else could possibly happen in a Haydn symphony?
This family-friendly programme is suitable for children aged three and above. The performance is in English and lasts approximately 65 minutes without an intermission.
Two shows will be held:
When: Sunday 30 April 2023 @ 4:30pm and 7:30pm
Where: Hong Kong City Hall Concert Hall
Tickets are $450, $350, $220, with half-price concessions for full-time students, senior citizens, people with disabilities (and minder), and Comprehensive Social Security Assistance recipients.
