    Valentine’s Day Dinners 2020

    Zuma’s Valentine’s Day Tasting Menu

Featuring the finest seasonal ingredients and designed to reflect a lighter approach to dining with Zuma’s female clientele in mind, the special menu features delights such as Chilean sea bass with green chili ginger dressing alongside tempting delicacies including Japanese oyster with yuzu and green apple. The highlight however is undoubtedly legendary pastry chef Eddy Lee’s masterpiece signature dessert – a Molten raspberry cake with white chocolate, lychee and rose parfait. Created especially for the occasion, this miniature work of art is comprised of three layers, featuring a white chocolate parfait with lychee & rose sorbet and a white chocolate cream ganache, topped by a raspberry millefeuille with vanilla cream and a melting raspberry cake. With its creamy, warm and crispy texture contrasting exquisitely against the vibrant flavours of raspberry, rose and lychee, diners are presented with an outstanding treat for the senses, that is almost too beautiful to eat. Raspberry and passion fruit martinis to accompany this exceptional menu. An optional extra, this irresistible concoction not only serves as a tantalising aperitif with which to begin the night’s festivities, but its sharp and tangy aromas also pair beautifully with Eddy’s dazzling dessert. To ensure diners have two separate options to choose from for the occasion, the Yashoku Fridays night brunch, featuring the very best in signature dishes and free flow Champagne, accompanied by Zuma’s house DJ, promises an unforgettable evening regardless of who you decide to spend it with.
