J’s Bar Bistro has introduced a new Pink afternoon tea set featuring an array of homemade savouries and sweet delights adorned with delicate pink. Enjoy Siberian sturgeon caviar with freshly made toast and chopped hard-boiled eggs; sweet and sour mini pork rillette croissant; shrimp salad on homemade cookies; and warm and flaky beetroot puree vol au vent. Sweet treats include pink mochi filled with coffee paste, pink pomegranate cream cake, pink lychee jelly, rose flavoured macaron, rose banana cake ‘flower pot’, the signature palmier coated with strawberry chocolate and chocolate-dipped strawberry. Available daily from 3pm to 5.30pm, the afternoon tea costs $498 for two persons, including a choice of house mixed floral tea; illy coffee, fine French Monbana hot chocolate or Dammann Tea, or add $88 for a glass of pink mocktail, or $108 for a glass of house champagne. https://www.rghk.com.hk
