Sushi Zo has finally opened in Tai Kwun. World famous Japanese chef and Sushi Zo founder, Keizo Seki, brings his Michelin awarded omakase restaurant to Hong Kong. Exuding style, intimacy and “beyond words” taste, Sushi Zo is often rated as the best omakase dining experience in Los Angeles, New York, Tokyo and Bangkok. With only two sittings per day for a maximum of 12 people, the chef is entrusted to create the menu each night based on the freshest fish and ingredients, flown in daily from Japan. Sushi Zo’s three highly skilled chefs create an elaborate array of ever-changing and seasonal dishes, directly in front of guests with a personalised 18-dish experience. The menu is priced at $2,500 per person, with sittings at 6:00-8:00pm and 8:30-10:30pm daily.
