The Coffee Academics opens it’s latest lifestyle cafe & sensory retail store in Harbour City, Tsim Sha Tsui.

The new concept store combines a coffee dispensary, a retail shop and a dine-in café, inspired by urban hortology and glamping. The Coffee Academics store will also feature an in-shop micro-roastery experience. Customers can choose their coffee blends, roast them, and taste them in a single seating. The coffee dispensary will consist of four different sections: a capsule bar featuring 6 flavours. A drip bag bar featuring 18 flavours, an equipment gallery, and a coffee bean bar. The outdoor terrace is designed like a glamper’s campground with lots of natural light.

Coffee enthusiasts can also create their own coffee blend by selecting up to 3 types of single-origin coffee beans (50g each) for $258.

    Café & Restaurant Signature Dishes

The Coffee Academics café will feature signature dishes including, sunny side up French toast with crispy buttermilk pancake, bacon, sunny side-up egg, cinnamon and a drizzle of maple syrup. Croque madame with buttery bread, egg yolk, cheddar, parmesan, and dijon mustard and wagyu sandos with black truffles onsen egg and grilled buttery buns. There will also be an array of new dishes including Korean fried chicken, juicy roasted chicken with mash, and braised pork cheeks with miso and mash.
