Available in the Michelin-starred restaurant’s more relaxed 4th floor salon, the new all-day Dim Sum menu features an array of Duddell’s signature dim sum, such as the 12-fold Shrimp Dumpling, Truffle Fried Pork Dumpling and Crispy Barbecued Pork Bun, for just $238 per person. There is also an All-Day Set Meal Menu which celebrates a small selection of Cantonese classics re-imagined by Chef Li.
