If you love the earthy, slightly garlicky and deep musky aroma of white truffles, you will be delighted by the upcoming menus at the DiVino group of restaurants this truffle season. Spasso, DiVino Patio, DiVino Wine Bar & Restaurant and Carpaccio have created quite possibly the most unrestricted truffle experience in Hong Kong.
With DiVino Group’s ‘No menu. No limitations. No rules.’ approach to the menu, diners are invited to experience white truffles any way they wish. You can be adventurous, creative and experimental or you can choose something from the chef’s menu. There are three truffle creations at each restaurant highlighting the delightful complexity of the white truffles.
White truffle season typically begins in October and continues until the supply runs out – usually in December. DiVino Group begins its black truffle season immediately after the white truffles finish, extending the season through the winter until the end of March – making it a most decadent six months of the year for truffle lovers.
