Last year a community initiative kick-started in Discovery Bay that recognises May as Helper Appreciation Month. The idea struck a chord, especially with schools and pre-schools and will pop up in more schools this year. Playtimes is taking part in Helper Appreciation Month and we’re giving away double movie tickets to three lucky helpers. Why not nominate your helper by emailing us a photo of them with your loved ones? (Please also include ONE sentence that sums up what you appreciate about your helper.)
