England may not be the first place you associate with good wine but think again, or should that be drink again? Last month saw the Hong Kong launch of Rathfinny Wine Estate’s first Sussex Sparkling wine. The 2014 Blanc de Blanc is made from 100 per cent chardonnay grape, has aromas of peach and a delicate citrus palate. Rathfinny Wine Estate, which was founded in 2010, also launched the 2015 Rathfinny Rose to the Hong Kong market. Both wines are available in select bars and restaurants across Hong Kong.
