    Cream Stew

    Ingredients:

    2 Tbsp – Flour

    2 Tbsp – Butter

    1 Cup – Milk

    2 Tbsp – Cream Cheese

    2 1/2 Cup – Water

    1 – Onion

    1 – Carrot

    2 – Potato

    1 – Brocolli

    Salt To Taste

    Directions:

    Cut the vegetables into bite sized

    Add the flour and butter into a pot, cook on medium heat until a dough is formed

    Slowly add in the milk and mix until no lumps

    Add water, onion, potato, carrot & broccoli and cook for 30 mins

    Turn the heat off and stir in the cream cheese and add salt to taste
