In addition to the G&T experience, guests can also enjoy buy-one-get-one-free on signature cocktails, wines and beer at an unbeatable price starting from HKD48.

    Chaiwala – ‘Spice Girls’

    Every Monday guests can enjoy an enticing buy-one-get-one-free offer on all beverages, including exclusive cocktails, wines, champagnes, sparklings, beer and spirits, starting from HKD48. From refreshing and fruity, to floral and tingly on your tongue, discover Chaiwala’s innovative cocktail such as ‘The Pod’, a delightful mix of cachaça, orange curaçao, fresh lemon juice and cardamom essence; ‘The Spice side’, featuring artisanal masala chai vodka, sweet vermouth, fresh lime juice and ginger beer; and ‘The Peppery Flower’, crafted with artisanal pink pepper cordial, elderflower syrup and cranberry juice.

    Tokyolima – ‘Pisco Night’

    Every Thursday at Izakaya Tokyo Lima there’s a spotlight on handcrafted cocktails, with Pisco as the star.  Savour the ‘Pisco Punch’ HKD48, a refreshing concoction from our secret blend of Peruvian ingredients, masterfully clarified for a pure, crisp taste. Delight in ‘Pretty in Pink’ HKD48, which combines Chilean Pisco with white peach extract, cranberry juice, and a splash of Prosecco. Experience the tangy zest of our ‘Maracuja Sour’ HKD68, mixing Peruvian Pisco with passion fruit, pasteurised egg white, and bitters. Enjoy the ‘Aromatic Highball’ HKD68, a sophisticated mix of aromatic Pisco, apricot, lime, and ginger beer. Complement your evening with our selection of wines, sparklings, spirits and mocktails starting from HKD48.

    Tokylima also offers a monthly Tropical Night Brunch the first Saturday of the month. Running from 18:00 to midnight, the brunch features live DJs and an array of shared starters, fresh makis, ceviche, and hearty main courses.

    Cost is $628 per person plus $148 for a free-flow drinks package featuring Prosecco, Sauvignon Blanc, Rosé, and a special Tropical Jar Cocktail. For an extra indulgence, opt for the premium package including Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut at $398 per person.

    The Stage at Sophia Loren

    For a touch of glamour look no further than new (opens mid May) cocktail lounge and live entertainment venue, The Stage at Sophia Loren. Marrying an elegant cocktail bar with jazz, 1970s dance floor, stand-up comedy and drag queen cabaret, The Stage literally sets the stage for opulent indulgence with a captivating retro vibe. Visit on a Wednesday or Thursday to enjoy live jazz; Friday, Saturday and public holiday eves features a DJ and dance floor. Stand-up comedy is on offer over Saturday brunch; and drag queen performance takes place on the first Sunday of the month. The graceful cocktail lounge sparkles with vibrant colour and extravagant décor while also exuding warmth and luxury. Enjoy a signature cocktail such as ‘Unforgettable’ with Tanqueray London Dry Gin, chamomile, honey and lemon. The Stage is open from 3pm until midnight on weekdays (closed on Mondays), 3pm-2am on Fridays and the eve of public holidays, and noon-2am on Saturdays.
