Guests making new bookings at Club Med from now till 30 April 2020 and all guests with existing reservations for a stay completed before 31 October 2020 have the following options:
- One-time free change of date & to any resort worldwide can be made up to 7 days before departure
- If you don’t know when and where you want to travel yet, future Travel Credit* of the total amount paid so far can be issued free of charge
New travel should be completed before 30 April 2021. Where the rate of the new booking date is higher than the rate already paid, the rate difference will be chargeable. For air packages, handling and/or penalty fees by airlines apply separately. Normal terms & conditions will apply on the new booking.For guests having an existing credit due to COVID-19 situation, Club Med will extend the credit validity to 30 April 2021. They will send you an updated credit voucher in the coming month.
