    Beef & Liberty Goes Vegetarian In Jan 2021

    For the entire month of January, Beef & Liberty in Lan Kwai Fong, will be taken over by their sister brand Leaves & Liberty and will offer a 100% vegetarian menu, with many vegan dishes on offer as well.

    Leaves & Liberty will offer a range of starters, salads and burgers including a range of 100% plant-based Impossible™ burgers. The pop-up menu will feature vegetarian dishes created by Chef Neil Tomes that celebrate seasonal vegetables, pulses, fruits, and nuts. He will also be teaming up with Impossible™ Foods to offer dishes based around their plant-based creations. 

    Menu Highlights

    Charred Spiced Cauliflower, Mac n’ Cheese Bites, Rocket & Candied Bamboo Salad and Beetroot & Raspberry Salad. Signature vegetarian burgers will include the Beetroot, with homemade beetroot patty, whipped feta, and a mix of spring greens. Pulled Jackfruit, a brand new burger with quinoa patty, jackfruit, BBQ sauce, vegan ginger mayonnaise coleslaw, and onion rings. The new Impossible™ Double Smashed With Cheese featuring two Impossible™ patties, vegan cheese, house pickles, and the ‘Shrumami made with quinoa patty, vegan ginger mayonnaise, mushroom pate, oyster mushroom tempura, and rocket leaves.

    Leaves & Liberty will be available for both dine-in and delivery.
